Today finished again my 9th song. This song actually my old song. Not too long. I made it last February entitled Kumala. Kumala is old Melayu which mean 'my dear love'. So the Arabic version be made 'Habib-' (read: habibi, you see that sign I made). (I’ve been making song in Arabic marathon in  this past few days, it made me thought that I need resource way as 'Latin Arab' so I could read properly.  I often confused when using translation from google translate, - though google translate really helpful - but, different pronunciation for the same word in different sentences make me feel like I have to make some kind of mark so that I could read the Arabic written in this latin letter correctly. I even read this Arabic latin from the left to the right, google translate translated Arabic ​​by writing the word from right to left, but each word is read from left to right. It really confusing me. I even need a few days just to realized it. Just because my song are also verses, then how I read Arabic translation the wrong way not have a big effect on the meaning of my song. Sometime even make it beautiful. I always make verses in Bahasa Indonesia in old Melayu style, so I have to translated myself into any language so that its meaning not diversed from the true meaning. And even in some word I still choose to use the metaphor of the translation to keep its beauty. So my Arabic song lyric is in Latin letter, with my own mark that allowed me to pronounce correctly every word and still contain allusion. I really satisfied with this Latin-Arab tagging I'm making. I'm great indeed ...!).

Then I want to tell you what. Oh .... Habib-, finished today. I trembling while recorded it, not sure why. It was hard to sing it, although the rhythm and tune are so-so. When it done I only could realized that this song have range of 3 octav. Oh God ... why should the range that far. In February I made it, I not realized it yet. At that time I just felt right and light. But nonstop created song marathon might made me exhausted. So I just try to record this one no regard by its result. For a reminder only of how the song should sung in Arabic. (I really in the mood created song lately, I was so tired but the music not stop flowing. I have to keep it all. That's why I continue this marathon until wore off, so I could rest ... .I really so indigenous artist ... huf ..)

I used to think it was a Melayu song, but now after I translated into Arabic all of sudden it become so Arab. It made me plan remind the Melayu musical instrument; gambus, which indeed similar to the Arabian guitar. I not sure what they called it. I indole to browsed. Tired. It just the sound of gambus really like an Arabian guitar. More like an Arabian guitar than an Indian sitar. Though it seemed in an expertise musician would be sounded eleven would twelve. I've ever heard Melayu song which intro by gambus, so similar-like Arabian music I thought. But I be muzzy; be Melayu music is Arab music or Arab music is Melayu music first-ever. Knock-head.

Let it be. I really not want to browse. Maybe if I have time spare I check that.
