This time I have to showed two stance as a way so we could
empower energy. This stance though looked soft and not strong but actually very
large energy that managed and swirled in the body if breath and motion is
right, and the posture also right. Therefore in this exercise repetition not
important, the important thing is to do the movement properly followed by
correct breath.
On first stance left-right done then counted 1. This is a
movement to empower energy, but for those who already have basal pure energy,
could also use this stance as a tool to attack. But this is not for a real
battle. Once in the archipelago people often mentioned about 'maya war', in
such war this kind of stance which is used. So the war occur mentally even
though the consequences are felt entirely by the physical body. So it could really
be used also to attack but this is a widespread attack. This means it's kind of
sweeping one field. So we should take consideration before use to attack.
The second stance is counted one after the completion of the
punching motion with two hand. On this stance repetition be important. The more
able we repeat, the bigger and stronger energy we could empowered. Only this stance
is pure to make a person strong and able to empower his energy. And this stance
should be done after the first stance done. But this stance also may be trained
as single stance if one not need to do the first stance anymore.
In this second stance, the breath must be considered because
it is opposite to the breath that should be used in this usual movement. Leg should
opened right, just as wide as shoulder. And this is called 'in tight kuda-kuda'.
The position of the low leg in the first stance is called 'kuda-kuda'. And the
position of kuda-kuda always to achieve the strong body. But when doing kuda-kuda,
weather ‘kuda-kuda’ or ‘in tight kuda-kuda’ vertebrae must be straight and upright.
People who already have enough basal pure energy saving not
need to do the first stance again. Enough do the second stance, and done as
much as one’s energy could do. But if someone not have big basal pure energy,
or just starting exercise mean only begin to save and manage energy, then the
first stance must be done at least 10 repetition. And then must continued with the
second stance and done as many as energy still could do. But for they who just
start exercising to save and manage energy the previous two exercise should be
done at least 9 day, only then may do this exercise.
So the sequence to empower energy are over. Next, one just
need to routinely do second stance to energize his energy. It would be enough.
Even so, for men actually always need exercising so able to maintain the
availability of energy. What kind of stance to do, it would be show later.
I'm showing this stance but I'm not using my energy so this
two stance really looked so soft while I do it. However, whoever followed
should do it with all the energy he had and breath must strong while inhale or
exhale. So the exercise could really do benefit. The sign that if someone do
this exercise un-wrong, then he at one point should black out, maybe about 20
second while doing the second stance. But if someone could be at that point, then
he could start to do a few exercise to energize the energy which really not
look like a stance.
But first let's practice slowly and follow the rhythm of our
body and be happy while do this exercise.
